    Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your items are shipped out. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

    5. International Shipping

    At this time, Cup Relief Therapy ships to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

    6. Shipping Address

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order ships.

    7. Lost or Damaged Packages

    While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
